The Citadel has fallen. . .

Bille System- - -

This afternoon a liason officer informed the TFHG Ministerial staff that the Citadel Space Station has been destroyed. In the wake of this destruction SNJA has immediatly called a halt to all offensive operations and have withdrawn to their normal operating areas.

The seige was long and brutal, with thousands of rounds being expended on both sides. The initial skirmishes led to the station guns driving away the uncoordinated probing attacks. The first serious attack took place more than thirty hours ago, with almost the entire SNJA battlefleet warping to a firing point at extreme range and conducting more than three hours of missile bombardment. More than five hundred Citadel Seige Torpedoes where launched by the automated batteries before they were finally knocked offline.

The seige was only lifted when the stations automated defenses went into reinforced mode, making the station and its structures completly invulnerable for a period of time. Unfortunatly, while repairs were able to be made during this time, none of the weapons systems could be brought back online to face the threat of renewed attack. When the attack came only three small railgun batteries could be employed to face the handful of advanced battleships fielded by the SNJA.

This afternoon the SNJA battlefleet returned to finish what it had started. With the station guns offline, and only a handful of light craft to harass the battleships of the SNJA fleet, the station was destroyed after a brutal hours-long torpedo barrage. A cargo container was found floating amid the wreckage, with a message from SNJA to their defeated opponents. TFHG Council has ruled that it would be inappropriate to post that message.

The wars are over, for now.

As always, we will rebuild.

Industrial Library
Friday, 25 July 2008

The second round of Original Blueprints have finished researching and have been transferred to the Fricoure base for public use. The researched blueprints, as well as the numerous blueprint-copies already in the Fricoure technical library will give our members a palpable advantage in the manufacturing products for the local mission-hub.

Several members, operating out of the Fricoure area, have been using recovered salvage / scrap from missions to supplement their income by manufacturing ammunition or modules for sale on the local market. I firmly believe that a small handful of manufacturers, working together for the common good, can manipulate the local economy for a substantial profit. One day I can imagine that all the goods sold out of our base-area will be made / sold by a TFHG member!

TOF War Update.

At 2008.07.11 00:59:00 GMT, The Omni Federation was formaly declared war on by the corporation of Silent Ninja's after TOF's denial of a Ransom from a unknown source. From what TOF Intel can gather SNJA is a small Terrorist corporation based in Gallente Space.

After the declaration of war several skirmishes were involved including a engagement which lead to the destruction of TOF's Flag Ship (TOFV-Sankkasen Prime), several escorts where either destroyed or forced to disengage from the battle.

The next morning TOF created an offencive along with there allies (Commonweath Mercenaries) known as 'Operation Particle'. Which lead to the destruction of a SNJA Rapier and Tyhpoon Class Battleship in the Sarekuwa/Lonetrek area. Following these events SNJA lead a offencive on TOF's Highsec Central Hub Sankkasen, with several Battleships SNJA was able to pin down TOF forces for several hours untill a defencive was enacted which lead to the destruction of a SNJA Megathron Class Battleship and the retreat of all SNJA forces in the Citadel Region.

TOF is now taking a offencive stance against SNJA lead by TOF Defence Minister Admiral, Major Smoke.

Mining Operation
Saturday, 19 July 2008

The first corporate mining operation at our new base in Chelien was a rousing success! We were joined by several members of associated or allied corporations and were able to gather over 200 blocks of ice  in a short time. After refining, this haul provided more than seventeen thousand m^3 of usable fuel for TFHGs Station!

In POS related news, our third generation of BPOs are being cycled through the research process now. When these prints are completed, they will be moved to one of our forward operating bases rather than being returned to the public industrial library in Bille. This move is designed to encourage the use of the BPOs by moving them to a manufacturing center closer to a prosperous market hub.

In recruiting news, several new members have applied for membership, including two people recomended to us by a notorious pirate and former enemy. Galvatr0n, of the group Legi0n, is qouted as saying to these two new prospects. . ."(That we are) Dedicated to each other and what you do.  That is a respectful quality." While I doubt many of our members return the warm and fuzzy feelings, this individuals' abilities as a pilot and commander are legendary, and we will consider the applications very carefully!

Editors Note:

The resumption of hostilities with SNJA has convinced the two new prospects to join different NPC-corporations, were they are acting as non-combat scouts for TFHG fleets.

Record-Breaking Mining Op
Sunday, 27 July 2008
This afternoon a spur of the moment mining operation snowballed into a massive operation, with no less than eleven strip-miners active at one point. The large element of Group miners had no issues with security, despite being one jump from the notorious pirate-haven, Egglehende. In roughly two hours, this fleet mined two belts complelty bare, netting an estimated 33 mil ISK in unrefined minerals. Most of the miners agreed to donate their individual shares to the corporate building program, which currently plans to build a battleship for the local Fricoure market. The proceeds from this sale will be directed into the BPO fund, for the benefit of all current and future industrialists.

PvP University
Sunday, 13 July 2008

Our first cycle of students through the Agony Unleashed PvP University has graduated, recieving high marks and an invitation to return as an alumni from the instructors. Our members learned such things as fleet movement, proper communication procedures and small fleet tactics. The small fleet of student-frigates was able to kill no less than three hostile ships and severly damage several others!

Our members who have recently graduated from the 'basic' course will be taking advanced courses when they are offered, and any TFHG-Member wishing to participate in the 'basic PvP' course next time it is offered should contact your Minister or Station Commander.

Base Realingment
Friday, 11 July 2008

In keeping with initiatives enacted before the recent state of unrest, the Ministerial Staff is conducting some changes in our office locations and what role they will fill in the future. Our newest office, located at the Federal Navy Station in Fricoure, will now be tasked solely with providing material support for our mission-running/PvP fleet. To that end we are gradually adding to the technical library at that location so that our mission fleet will soon be able to locally manufacture common goods and ammunition.

Our technical library in Bille is growing by leaps and bounds, with several new additions including a full suite of cruise missile blueprints and as well as the specifications for the Caracal-class cruiser.

Very shortly we will restructure our third office, presently located in Aclan, and task this station commander with the material support of Free Haven Minerals, our long dormant mining division! From 'Ore to Store', The Free Haven Group is slowly growing into an economic and industrial powerhouse.

In related news a recent surge of buying has gripped the Bille market as speculators have eagerly bought entire stocks of TFHG products. Manufacturing our goods from reprocessed battle salvage allows us to very effectively undercut the local competition, creating favorable market conditions for other TFHG members looking to expand into the weapons/module markets.

SNJA War Ends!
Saturday, 05 July 2008

The TFHG Ministerial staff announced this afternoon that for reasons unknown, SNJA has withdrawn their declaration of war. The SNJA - TFHG war has been raging for more than a month, with little real progress being made by either side.

In other news, congratulations are in order for our first group of pilots being rotated through the PvP University, they will be attending next weekends intensive training session. This class will give our members a basic understanding of small-unit fleet action, which they will then shre with the rest of the membership.

Commerce raiding wolfpacks have increased their activities deep behind enemy lines. As of this writing it is suspected that between mining and raiding, TFHG can aquire all the needed POS- fuel elements for our low-sec committments.
